Andrew's experience with SMBs

I started my career in the CPG Industry in NZ. 50% of Grocery stores in NZ are an owner/operator franchise model. I learned at a very early stage, critical lessons regarding the passion and focus which is needed to successfully run a SMB in a very competitive environment.

That passion and focus to plan, work, and win in a SMB has stayed with me throughout my career. During my time with Global CPG companies, Consumer Electronics organisations, Insurance companies and even Child Care Franchising, I have found those early lessons about operating SMB’s to be relevant to any organisation. And they are still relevant in todays world.
