David is a global sales director and consultant with expertise in business-to-business (B2B) sales strategy and management gained from over 25-years’ in corporations in Australia, Asia, and Europe. His passion for connecting companies with solutions has shaped his career, dedicated to growing and improving results for businesses and corporations in the technology, manufacturing, distribution, construction, and financial industry sectors. A natural leader, David is known for transforming the sales departments of large, medium, small, and start-up enterprises by restructuring sales models for profit and streamlining systems and processes to achieve peak sales team performance.

David uses his diverse background at blue-chip companies and disruptive start-ups to offer SMBs insight into industry best practices in a practicable, understandable, and effective manner. With first-hand experience in growing SMEs, his collaborative and holistic approach balances data-driven decisions within company culture and values.

David has worked with small and medium businesses, including start-ups, in several industry sectors. He understands the challenges faced by SMBs through his diverse experience. He has established a greenfield operation in Indonesia, grew a technology business in Hong Kong from 40 to 200 employees in 4-years, helped an Australian software business establish a presence in Europe and led an Australian professional service company during the period of the global financial crisis from 2008.

One of David's unique points of difference is his ability to bring years of large-scale experience and best practice, in a practicable, understandable an effective manner, to SMBs. David is currently engaged by and consults to SMBs in the construction, distribution, and technology industry sectors. Most recently, David is providing support to businesses impacted by COVID-19 to analyse their sales pipeline for the most valuable opportunities.
