Ian's experience with SMBs

Ian has over 25+ years’ experience in managing P&L's in senior commercial roles including blue chip FMCG &
private equity companies. He has had country market experience in all major international markets as well as
domestic experience servicing businesses across ANZ consulting as CMO for Strategic Specialists Group.

During his time as Chief Marketing Officer for a major Telecomm company, Ian led the digital transformation
of the organisation which led the category on several fronts, created an audacious brand vision and
repositioned the brand value proposition. His efforts achieved; exceeded 100% of revenue and profit growth
targets at each 6mthly milestone, customer base grew by 105% and sales revenue increased by 102% amongst
others.

Throughout his 14 years at Kellogg’s ANZ, Ian was brought in to re-stage the ailing yet iconic Nutri Grain
brand, which he managed to completely turn around. He also re-vamped the Iron Man series, attracted new
investment partners and more than doubled Iron Man TV audiences, led a cross functional KANZ to author a 3-
year breakfast strategy that returned growth to Kellogg’s and bid for (and won) global funding to develop the
first Kellogg Master-brand nutrition campaign.
