He works closely with key business stakeholders and leaders to improve efficiencies and implement cost savings to increase profit and improve cash flow management. As a consultant CFO for the past 5-years, Mark has worked with over 15 small-to-medium sized businesses in Australia, with his expertise dramatically improving the financial state of those businesses. Mark has had experience in budgeting and forecasting for international entities (particularly Asia) and has worked in mentoring teams of staff to improve their financial skills and knowledge.
